The facts about the so-called “obesity epidemic” that explains the size of our bodies does not automatically determine our overall health.
A descriptive analysis of antisocial personality disorder, the difference between a “sociopath” & a “psychopath.” This book basically describes antisocial personality as a spectrum, I found, and gives depth to the disorder.
Madness: A Bipolar Life by Marya Hornbacher
The sequel to Wasted, Marya Hornbacher desribes her life with type one bipolar disorder, as well as divorce & alcoholism. I found this to be the greatest insight into bipolar disorder I have ever read.
